Meta integration data deletion
This page shows the status of requests to delete identifiable local data used by the Meta integration for ads and publishing.

What gets deleted
- The local credentials used to access your Meta account, stored encrypted.
- Local Meta account identifiers and the selected ad account, Page, and publishing profile.
- Identifiable local data used to prepare ads and publications through the integration.
Remote campaigns and posts remain in Meta and are not deleted by this request. After completion, the protocol retains only the minimum record and confirmation code for up to 90 days.
How to request deletion
- In your Grupo de WhatsApp account, use Disconnect to remove the local connection. Disconnecting is different from revoking the app in Meta or requesting deletion.
- In Meta, under Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, revoke Grupo de WhatsApp if you want to end the app's access.
- Or write to us asking for deletion, from the e-mail address on your account.
